The company regards its Internet portal branding technique as proprietary and attempts to protect it with a combination of copyright, trademark, patent and trade secret laws and contractual restrictions to establish and protect technology and proprietary rights and information. We require employees and consultants and, when possible, suppliers and distributors to sign confidentiality agreements.

We have applied for a patent on our "brand façade" product in November of 2004 and currently have a "Patent Pending" status, which provides us protection when and if a patent is actually granted on our product. We are in the process of applying for a new patent with a "Continuation in Part" based on our first application. This newer application will encompass the evolution of our new portal model. The law offices of Thorp, Reed & Armstrong LLP serves as legal counsel to INNERFUND, LTD. in matters related to our patent application.
